We offer a 30 day period from your order date to return your order for a size exchange or a refund. We offer one return free of charge. The requirement is that the cap is unused with original tags attached, packed safely in its original box, shipped with our pre-printed return-label. During the holiday season we offer extended returns until the 31st of January.
Included in your order there should be both a return instruction sheet and a return-shipping label. So you can easily return should you need to.
For additional shipments back and forth we charge a fixed fee of around 15 EUR per shipment.
