We offer a 30-day refund policy from the order date (60 days if you are an Owners Club member).
The requirement for returning a cap is that the cap is unused with original tags attached, packed safely in its original box, and shipped with our pre-printed return label. During the holiday season, we offer extended returns until the 31st of January.
To ensure easy returns, we have included both a return instruction note and a return label in your order.
For additional shipments back and forth, we charge a fee of around 15 EUR per shipment.
