If the cap is unused, we offer one free return. We've made it easy: the return label and instructions on how to return can be found on a note at the bottom of the package you received.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
1. If size is an issue, try to adjust the size before returning. Find instructions on the inside of the box
2. Fill in the digital return form online through this link.
3. Find the RETURN LABEL included in your box.
4. Place the cap back in the box and make sure it is taped securely.
5. Attach the return label on top of the original label.
6. Deliver your return shipment to your chosen service point. We recommend getting a shipment receipt for proof of delivery or noting the return tracking number.
Please note:
We accept our hats in new condition with original tags attached for a refund.
Once we receive your return order and confirm it is in pristine condition with the labels still attached, we will confirm your refund by email. If there are any issues, we will get in touch with you directly.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be made after we have received your return.
Provided your return is made according to our return instructions, please feel free to make any replacement orders at your leisure.
