You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to postmark your items for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, products must be in their original, new condition with all tags attached. Once your return is processed at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that a return fee equivalent to standard shipping costs applies to both returns and exchanges and will be deducted from the refund. *
Returns
To make a return, please follow the steps below. Returned items are eligible for a refund, minus the return fee. We will notify you via email as soon as we receive your return at our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days from when we receive your order for the funds to appear in your account.
- Fill in the digital return form online through this link
- Find the RETURN LABEL included in your box. Stick it to the outside of the box, over the original shipping label.
- Place the product back in the box, making sure the box is taped closed securely.
- Deliver your return shipment to your chosen service point. We recommend getting a shipment receipt for proof of delivery.
Exchanges
To exchange your product(s), place a new order on our website and return your original item(s) by following the return steps.
*If you were an Owners Club Member at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a free exchange. Your return fee will be covered when you include your new order number in the return registration form.
