We should normally be able to ship worldwide to all major cities within 2-5 business days, counting from the day the order is picked up by the carrier.
For Norway the holiday deadline is the 20th of December.
For outside of Norway the holiday deadline is 19th of December for major cities, for rural locations it's the 19th by 12 pm.
