If the cap is unused, we offer one free return. Included in your order there should be both a return instruction sheet and a return-shipping label. So you can easily return should you need to. The return process is a little different based on where you live. Please see the right section below.
RETURN NORWAY:

2. Fyll inn vårt digitale returskjema på nett gjennom denne lenken.
3. Finn RETURETIKETTEN som ligger inni esken, ta etiketten ut av esken.
4. Legg capsen tilbake i støvposen og så i esken. Forsegl esken med tape.
5. Fest returetiketten over den originale fraktetiketten på utsiden.
6. Lever esken til ditt nærmeste postkontor eller post-i-butikk, husk å få en kvittering for returen.
RETURN ANYWHERE ELSE:
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN / EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
1. If size is an issue, see explanation on the inside of the box. Try to adjust the size before returning.
2. Fill in the digital return form online through this link.
3. Find the RETURN LABEL included in your box. Keep it outside the box.
4. Place the cap back in the box, make sure it is taped securely.
5. Go to locator.dhl.com and search for your nearest DHL Service Point.
6. Attach the DHL return label on top of the original label.
7. Deliver your return shipment to your DHL Service Point and ask for a shipment receipt.
We accept our hats in new condition with original tags attached for a refund. You have 30 calendar
days from the day you received your shipment to postmark your item for return. Your refund will be
handled through the same payment method you chose during checkout. During the holiday season we offer an extended 60 day free return.
Once we receive your return, we will let you know by email. Once notified, please allow 7-14
business days for your payment to be refunded to your account.
